1. Tezos baking
Stake only using a wallet which has undergone at least one independent external security audit. A list of these wallets can be found on tezos.com web page under → Learn → Store & Use.
As a user of our baking service you take complete responsibility for abiding by any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction which may restrict or prevent you from using the baking service provided by Digital Mango. Digital Mango is not liable for any of your actions that violate laws in your jurisdiction through the usage of our baking service.
As a user of our baking service you must cover all taxes applicable to your taxation jurisdiction. Taxes associated with staking payouts such as Capital gains tax, and other applicable taxes, vary from country to country. Digital Mango are not responsible for any taxes imposed on user’s staking payouts.
2. Intellectual property
The Company is the holder of the digitalmango.comdomain name. The Website is an intellectual work protected by the intellectual property laws. The Website in its entirety and each of its constituent elements (like text, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos) are the exclusive property of the Company, who is solely entitled to use the related intellectual property rights.
The use for all of part of the Website, including by download, reproduction, transmission or representation or diffusion for purposes other than your personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
